Another way to firm up sagging skin is to do facial exercises in conjunction with firming creams. One exercise specific to the chin area is to jut the chin forward, holding it for 10 seconds while saying the word "apples."

Do this ten times, 5-10 times per day. This exercise helps to strengthen muscles in the chin area, with most participants seeing results after one month.
