December 28, 2007, Newsletter Issue #77: Poor Circulation Can Cause Dark Circles

Tip of the Week

Exercise is not only good for your body, but it is good for your skin as well. Some skin experts believe that exercise may help you eliminate some of those dark circles, as poor circulation may be to blame for dark circles.

This is because as blood “pools” under the eyes, it shows through the thin layer of skin. Exercise will help move this blood along, improving circulation and helping your dark circles to disappear.
