Include a steaming process as part of your facial cleansing routine. Once a week, for five to ten minutes at a time, gently steam your face. Start by bringing a pot of water to a boil and adding chamomile. Let the mixture cool slightly and then place a towel over your head and put your face in the path of the steam.
Be sure the water is cool enough to keep the steam from burning your face. Place the towel over your head in a tent-like fashion. Remember to avoid picking at any blemishes after steaming to avoid clogging pores further.
